advertising rules
keep your feet ready, heartbeat steady, keep your eyes open
ONE All advertisements that have been checked or linked back to will be moved to the directory. You don't want your ad moved, don't advertise on Hysteria. Sorry, but it's as simple as that. We like to have an easy way to spot doubles and such.
TWO The directory sorts advertisements alphabetically, so do not place symbols of any kind at the front of your advertisement's topic title.
THREE If you accidentally post your advertisement twice, we aren't going to get mad - really, we aren't. We'll probably delete duplicates at some point, but there will always be at least one copy of your ad left unless you violate other rules. However, if you spam our boards with a billion ads for the same site, we're going to delete every single one of them. There is such a thing as too many.
FOUR Anything that stretches the board will be edited out and linked to instead. No ifs, ands or buts. It won't get just outright deleted out of your ad - but, sorry, we won't put up with our board being stretched.
FIVE Please post advertisement updates in an advertisement thread for the same site. The only time posting a new advertisement will be accepted is we the URL for the site has changed.
